5. Legal guest registration

In compliance with Royal Decree 933/2021 and the Citizen Security Law, Casa Rascafría is legally required to register all travellers and communicate their data to law-enforcement authorities.

To this end, we use the Partee platform, which allows guests to complete online check-in securely. This information is sent directly to the authorities, in compliance with:

  • Control of occupancy in tourist properties

  • Prevention of crime and threats to public security

  • Cooperation in police investigations

  • Regulations applicable to tourist accommodation in Spain

Use of Partee is governed by a data processing agreement and complies with GDPR safeguards.

The legal bases for processing your data are:

  • Your consent when contacting us or providing your information

  • The performance of pre-contractual and contractual measures

  • Compliance with legal obligations, including those relating to guest registration and tax regulations
