The house’s maximum capacity must be respected according to your reservation.
External visitors are not allowed without prior notice.
Damages & Responsibility
Any damages must be reported. Guests will be held responsible for the cost of repair or replacement.
Pets
Pets are allowed upon request. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after them and ensuring they don’t enter restricted areas.
Parties & Noise
Parties or events are not allowed without prior authorization.
Out of respect for the surroundings, please avoid loud noises, especially at night — particularly after 10:00 p.m.

- No smoking inside the house.
- No candles or open flames.
- Do not leave trash outside designated bins.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be communicated at least X days in advance.
Refunds or changes are subject to availability and agreed terms.
